It produces nuances of fruits such as green almond, green tomato, fennel, artichoke and mint. The mouthfeel is fresh and balanced in bitterness, spiciness and sweetness, with an attenuated final astringency and great character. It stands out for its medium - high intensity, ideal for pasta and vegetable salads. Maximum acidity 0.2%.
